Grant Application

The Banfield Charitable Trust’s mission is to fund and administer programs that keep Pets and families together.  We are pleased to offer grants to veterinarians who are unable to afford a toolkit.  Once submitted, your application will be reviewed and sent on for processing.  If there is an issue with your request, we will contact you.  If approved, your materials should arrive within 2-4 weeks of the application submittal date. 

Grant applications take 2-4 weeks for approval and processing.  If you are working on a tighter time line, please navigate back to the ordering page and purchase your toolkit.  If you have any questions regarding your application or time frame, please contact Darlene Schwartz at 503-922-5530. 

You may submit a grant application for materials totaling $250 per year.
